Specialty Actuators - High Durability
High Durability CQ2 Series
The high durability series CQ2 cylinders offers at least 4 times better durability. Therefore, the maintenance intervals for CQ2-XB24 can be extended. The CQ2-XC4 offers up to 6 times durability and is suitable for environments with ceramic powder, toner powder, paper powder, and metallic powder. The high durability CQ2 series employs the same specification and dimensions as the existing model, CQ2 compact cylinder series.
High Durability MGP Series
The MGP-XC4 offers up to 6 times durability and is suitable for environments with ceramic powder, toner powder, paper powder, and metallic powder. The high durability MGP-XC4 series employs the same specification and dimensions as the existing model, MGP standard guided cylinder series.
High Durability CM2 Series
Series CM2 stainless steel cylinders are compact, lightweight and offer high performance. The piston seal and rod seal design provide excellent life. Transparent auto switch bracket provides visibility of the status of the switch. The CM2 series delivers extra flexibility including the option of male and female rods. The high durability CM2 series offers superior durability and environmental resistant compared to standard CM2 cylinders.
High Durability CU Series
The CU-XB24 double acting single rod, free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting with new technology. The CU-XB24 offers at least 4 times superior durability and environmental resistance. The CU-XB24 allows for extended maintenance intervals and employs the same specifications and dimension as the existing CU compact cylinder models.
High Durability CUJ Series
The CUJ-XB24 miniature free mount series is a higher durability model compared to the standard CUJ series. The maintenance intervals wil be extended for the model and offers superior environmental resistance. It is available in 4mm to 20mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm. It employs the same existing dimensions as the existing CUJ series.
High Durability CG1 Series
The CG1-XC4 double acting, single rod cylinders offer high performance and at least 6 times superior durability in dusty environments. The CG1-XC4 is suitable for environments with ceramic powder, toner powder, paper powder, and metallic powder. The CG1-XC4 employs the same specifications and dimensions as the existing CG1 air cylinder models.
High Durability MXQ Series
The MXQ is the newest generation of precision slide tables integrated with hardened stainless-steel guides and rails to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals. The MXQ's thinly formed special stainless steel slide table reduces thickness allowing for a larger guide pitch providing high rigidity. The slide tables's reduced weight also increases allowable kinetic energy. The stoppers and shock absorbers are positioned at the center axis to minimize load deflection. The dowel pin holes posiitoned on the center axis standardize mounting conditions for the basic and symmetric styles. The end lock option prevents the slide table from dropping in vertical applications, enhancing safety in the event of air pressure loss. The MXQ-XC4 is compatible with environments where powder of 20 to 50 microns in diameter, such as ceramic powder, toner powder, paper powder, metal powder (excluding welding spatter), etc. are present. The MXQ-XC4 is 4 times more durable than the standard model.
High Durability MGJ Series
The MGJ is a miniature sized version of the MGP standard guided actuator designed for small load applications that require high accuracy with new technology that offers at least 4 times superior durability and environmental resistance. Its integrated guide rods provide a non-rotating accuracy of +/-0.1. It is targeted for the electronic equipment and instrumentation industries and not intended for use in stopper applications.
High Durability CJ2 Series
Series CJ2-XB24 is a double acting, single rod air cylinder with new technology that offers at least 4 times better durability. It is available in 6, 10, 16mm bore sizes with stroke lengths from 15mm to 200mm. The CJ2-XB24 series will have extended maintenance intervals in comparison to the existing CJ2 standard model. Both the standard and higher durability series can be ordered with pivot and rod end bracket attachments.
High Durability CQS Series
The CQS-XB24 double acting single rod, compact cylinder with new technology offers at least 4 times longer and environmental resistance compared to standard products. The CQS-XB24 offers the same standard strokes (up to 50mm) in four bore sizes from 12 to 25mm. It allows for extended maintenance intervals and has the same dimensions and specifications as the existing CQS compact cylinder models.
