Process Valve - 25A-VX2
The VX2 series is a 2 port direct solenoid valve for general purpose air. Available body materials include resin, aluminum, brass, or stainless steel with port size up to 1/2 inch. Resin body is offered with one-touch fitting to reduce installation time. It is also available as a manifold to reduce piping.
The 25A- series variations are designed using material compatible with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. The variations eliminate copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) material where possible, making them compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types.
25A-VX2*0, Single Unit, Direct Operated 2 Port Solenoid Valve for Air
The VX2 for air is available with resin and aluminum body. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. Three body xizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 (6 to 12mm with resin body). NBR seal is used as standard and FKM or EPDM is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.
25A-VX2*2, Single Unit, Direct Operated 2 Port Solenoid Valve for Water
The VX2 for water is available with brass and stainless steel body. Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8" to 1/2". NBR seal is used as standard and FKM or EPDM is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.
25A-VX2*3, Single Unit, Direct Operated 2 Port Solenoid Valve for Oil
The VX2 for oil (fluid viscosity not exceeding 50 mm2/s) is available with brass and stainless steel body. Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 inch. FKM seal is standard and EPDM is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.
25A-VX2*4, Single Unit, Direct Operated 2 Port Solenoid Valve for Vacuum
The VX2 for medium vacuum (0.1Pa.abs or more) is available with brass and stainless steel body. Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 inch. FKM seal, oil-free and non-leak construction is standard. EPDM seal is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.
